The nearest beach is 150m from our residence, Dawn Beach is 500m away and the naturist beach (Orient Bay) is a short drive away.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Caribbean Nature is a completely new naturist complex.

Open all year round, the complex consists of bungalows and a studio flat, in a secluded tropical garden setting around a lovely pool. Ideal for those who are looking for both quiet and sociable holidays.

The elevated position of the property provides an opportunity to enjoy the cooling effect of the tradewinds and a unique year round view of the neighbouring islands of Saint Barts, Tintamarre and Anguilla.

ACCOMMODATION (Description)

Bungalows and a studio flat, each designed to be occupied by two people.

Pool and garden level

Bungalow:
Approximate floor area: 35m2, self contained with covered terrace with dining area and outdoor sitting area with bamboo armchairs.

Upper level

Studio flat:
Approximate floor area: 45m2. More private with a large pergola covered terrace with outdoor sitting and dining area and bamboo armchairs. Beautiful panoramic view over neighbouring islands.

Naturism is the norm in the pool and garden as well as in the rented accommodation.

Space nonsmoker

• The Studio " Bella Vista " is completely not smoker
• The Bungalow " Alizé " not smoker, except in terrace

FURNISHINGS

The bungalows and studio are identically furnished with bamboo furniture, the interior space consisting of a bed/sitting room, a kitchen area, and a bathroom with separate WC.

The furniture comprises:

• Chest of drawers,
• ueen size double bed,
• matching dressing table and stool,
• fitted wardrobe.
• Fully equipped kitchenette with work surface, electric hot plates, large fridge freezer, toaster, electric coffee maker, and microwave oven. Saucepans, crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided.

POOL

Sunloungers, parasols, chairs and tables are provided for your comfort.
The tropical garden setting is magnificent, with a quiet friendly atmosphere.

The changing multicolour pool lighting transforms the pool area at night into a place to meet for local rum drinks or have a midnight swim!

To avoid bringing in germs we ask you please to remove your shoes before walking on the patio area around the pool or the pool surround.

If you want to travel further you can make a day trip to the islands of Saint – Barthelemy (Saint Barts) Anguilla or Saba.

USEFUL INFORMATION

· Expect to pay approximately $35 or 35 euros for a taxi from the international airport to Oyster Pond.
· Car hire: For one week, prices start from 210 euros (class A with airconditioning)
Free airport meeting and pick up service. We can put you in touch with our recommended car hire company.

· Our prices do not include the 5% tax on holiday accommodation or the cleaning charge (approximately 60 euros and variable according to the length of stay)
All accommodation has an individual water meter. All excess consumption of water will be charged to your account.
· On arrival you are required to provide a cash deposit of 200 euros.
· A fast ferry to Saint Barts leaves each day from the Oyster Pond marina.
· Although the guidebooks only mention Orient Bay as a naturist beach, discreet naturism is possible on several beaches. The same cannot be said for some of the other French islands.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations can only be made by bank transfer of 50% of the price of the stay.
If necessary we will accept travellers cheques.
At present we do not accept credit cards.
The balance must be sent to us one month before arrival.
A reservation is only confirmed when the money is received.

If you book shortly before arrival, please settle the bill in cash ($US or euros) when you arrive.
Bungalow Soleil & Studio = 200 Euros or USD / Bungalow Alizé = 300 Euros or USD.

If the booking has to be cancelled due to circumstances outside your control (force majeure) we will hold the sum received to your credit for a future stay.
If cancellation takes place less than a month before arrival we will apply a penalty charge of 20%.
